●     100 Jumping Jacks

●     Two 30-second Planks

●     50 Squats

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form(s):

●     Taeguek Il-jang (#1)

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques (down block, inside-middle block, high block, etc.

BOARD BREAKING - Use the following techniques to break wooden boards:

●     Stepping side kick

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show skill in the following sparring skills:

●     Kicking in sparring gear

●     Kicking an opponent's gear

●     Sparring Rounds: 1

You will be showcasing your skill with an instructor

OTHER TECHNIQUES - Be skilled in the following techniques:

Hand techniques:

  • Straight punches

  • Low block

  • High block

  • Out Mid Block
