PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

●     5-minute Run

●     200 Jumping Jacks

●     1.5-minute Plank

●     100 Squats

●     60 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form(s):

●     Taeguek Chil-jang (#7) and all lower forms

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques (down block, inside-middle block, high block, etc.

BOARD BREAKING - Use the following techniques to break wooden boards:

●     Spinning hook kick

●     Intermediate advance kick

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show skill in the following sparring skills:

●     30 sec defense 30 sec offense

●     Tornado kick (Spinning technique In match)

●     Double round against bob

●     Sparring Rounds: 3 (1 min.)
