PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

●     5-minute Run

●     150 Jumping Jacks

●     1-minute Plank

●     75 Squats

●     40 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form(s):

●     Taeguek Oh-jang (#5) and all lower forms

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques (down block, inside-middle block, high block, hammer fist)

BOARD BREAKING - Use the following techniques to break wooden boards:

●     Step Turning Back Kick

●     Tornado Kick

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show skill in the following sparring skills:

●     30 second aggression 30 defense

●     Turning Back Kick counter against Roundhouse Kick (Spinning technique in the match)

●     Cut kick outside of match on shield

●     Clinch in the match

●     Sparring Rounds: 3 (1 min.)
