PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

●     5-minute Run

●     100 Jumping Jacks

●     Two 30-second Planks

●     50 Squats

●     20 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form(s):

●     Taeguek Sam-jang (#3) and all lower forms

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques (down block, inside-middle block, high block, single knife hand block)

BOARD BREAKING - Use the following techniques to break wooden boards:

●     Jumping Front Kick or Skipping axe

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show skill in the following sparring skills:

●     Basic counter

●     Footwork

●     Sparring Rounds: 1 (1 min.)
