PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

●     5-minute Run

●     150 Jumping Jacks

●     1-minute Plank

●     75 Squats

●     40 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form(s):

●     Taeguek Sah-jang (#4) and all lower forms

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques (down block, inside-middle block, high block, double knife hand)

BOARD BREAKING - Use the following techniques to break wooden boards:

●     Jump round kick

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show skill in the following sparring skills:

●     Controlled head level kicks

●     Simple Combination

●     Sparring Rounds: 2 (1 min.)
